Love seat 60" long x 22.5" wide x 22" high, cover is machine washable and with some bleach will look almost new. Cushions are in good condition. Two nightstands/end tables: 18" long x 14" wide x 27" high - decent condition; drawers slide well These items will be available for pick up tomorrow afternoon. I will be around then and most the day on Sunday. You will need to carry these items up a set of wide stairs to the street.

My granddaughter is putting together a tool kit with mini size tools. She would love to find a 4 or 6 inch 'Crescent" wrench (or Visegrips). A new one of decent quality "ain't cheap". It can be disassembled to load to your vehicle. It’s located between 39 Glen Ave and 112 Courtright Road. Please continue to the same (uphill) direction to turn your vehicle around at 204 Southern Heights Blvd. This road is so narrow, don’t try to turn around at this road due to many cars got stuck. Especially at Pearce & Courtright location. This used shelf by my neighbor is at the curbside. If you could reuse it, please ask me for the location. It’s not mine but it might still serviceable as a shelf.
