Black vinyl upholstered office chair with armrests. A neighbor left it behind the dumpster closest to the parking gate at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue and behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. The parking gate is open. The chair appears in very good condition, except for a tiny bit of wear on one of the back corners of the back rest, as shown. Please let me know if you picked it up so I can delete the post.

Baby Trend Sit N' Stand 5-in-1 Shopper Stroller and EZ-Lift Plus 35 Infant Car Seat Bundle. A neighbor left it out. It was in closed position when I found it. I opened it but am not sure how to close it. It appears in good condition. I included screenshots to show how it is used.
