Excellent condition. Used 3 times. Too heavy for my shoulder arthritis. Put solution and hot water in the container. Switch on and the solution is dispersed slowly onto carpet and the brushes go round. I think that is how it works. It is quite good with the proper solution and several passes for heavy soiling. It is not industrial so would take quite a long time to do very large areas.
