Berg Nutritional Yeast 270 , though this bottle was opened it feels very full. These are in tablet form. -Great Lakes Gelatin Co. Berg MCT Oil Brain & Body Fuel, there's a pic of a splashy coconut on the label, dunno what that means -Ester-C 500mg with Citrus Bioflavnoids 120 caps, opened but feel quite full -Vitamin World Ultra Men's Multi Max 180 caps, opened but feels quite full -Dr. Berg Trace Minerals Enhanced just a few caps left but who knows these might make your day -a jar of what seems to be a salt, herb and dried garlic mix, it's in Russian so I have no wild idea what it is but it looks good -Heath&Heather Organic Echinacea Tea about 5 tea bags left - Yogi Roasted Dandelion Spice Detox tea about 10 tea bags, mix this with the other Detox tea and you can safely go on a 2 week bender and be all better in no time -a bag of Pure Juicer High strength, high porosity rip stop press cloths, for juicing I suppose -Cafe Tastle' 100%Natural Instant Coffee about 9/10's full 3.5oz glass jar - 3 tins of Icelandic Cod Liver. I'd love to try.I just don't have the nerve. Reviews online say it's great and flavorful. Ok. I still don't have the nerve. - buncha small bags of what looks like powdered seasonings but the names are in Russian so???? Some other jars of spices and whatnot, and there's a few things I'll be throwing in from my pantry stock... Now everything is in a new, clean garbage bag cuz I can't get to my regular bags. My kitchen Reno is supposed to start tomorrow and the kitchen stuff is in my living room my hallway stuff is in my bedroom... you get the idea. There is a kute, colorful water filter jug from my neighbor that I just don't have room for so that'll be in the bag also. ALL MUST GO TOGETHER!!!! No picking through, whatever you don't want spread the joy. You will have to bring you own bags since like I said I can't get to my shopping bags. I am 4 blocks from the 145th St. Broadway local #1 train station. I am on the 5th floor but there are (honest to gawd) only 4 flights. BE ABLE TO CLIMB THEM!!! I cannot bring these items to you. Sorry (not sorry) Politeness and manners count, no matter how desperate I am to move these things out so all you "I'm innerested's" will continue to be ignored. How hard is it to write whole sentences? Sheesh! I will be very very busy so the sooner you get here the better. I don't call text/call, email only. Please & Thank You. So these aren't fab fashion or Kool klothes but they are reasonably nice and clean will quite possibly help you look nice. Ok, they will definitely make you look nice. Spring blazer, shirt and tank set, sequined seeded red knit spring sweater and more. Sizes 14+ -20. Age's 30+. Take 'em all, no perusing or cherry/grape picking. I am 4 blocks from the 145th St. #1 Broadway train station. I am on the 5th floor but there are only 4 flights; please make sure you can climb them. I don't call/text, email only. You will have to bring a bag or 2 az I have plumb run out. You will have 4 days from the time the clothes are gifted to you to come and pick them up. Black. Works fine. Oven bulb needs replacement. Forgot to run a self cleaning cycle before I took it out of the kitchen but did clean it thoroughly by hand outside. There are some minor rust spots but mostly in the back. I will cross post to get as much exposure possible. Need it gone by the end of the week.
