Needed hardwood off its and structural ply to restore donated furniture. So much is wasted that could be saved. I have the tools but always need more wood! Any help appreciated.

Peugeot Boxer door mirror (Allithwaite LA11)
Nearside door mirror. This got smashed while I was parked the other day, but I managed to bolt it back together quite strongly. The glass is cracked as you can see, but is held quite firmly, and can still be adjusted for the correct angle. The label on the box is what I have just swapped in directly. There are no attaching bolts, as I had to reuse the ones that were already in the door.

I want to record myself and partner reading bedtime stories onto tape and need something that will switch itself off at end of tape, hence the "portable" tape player request.
