It works. It takes 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. The matching USB plug is included. There used to be a paired mouse that went with it, but it is long gone. The only other issue is that the battery cover piece on the back is missing.

I had one of these sets way back when. Want to do a project with it, and can only find one nib, no pen. So if you have one hanging around, I'd love it. They work but the ear foam is really worn. They're lightweight and adjustable and I think the sound quality is pretty good considering how inexpensive they were. The cord is pretty long, too. The audio plug is the smaller kind that fits some smartphones, portable CD players, computer speakers, etc. The model is Panasonic RP-HT21. There is no microphone on this one.
