3 drawer wood filing cabinet (Rochester)
Gorgeous, very dark brown, solid hardwood (no mdf) sturdy filing cabinet, with strong drawers. No wobbles, some scuffs and two legs chipped. Wanted to use for my guest bedroom as a clothes Tallboy drawers but changed other furniture so it no longer fits my space :-( Height 122.5cm x Depth 55cm x Width 48cm. Drawers run on ball-bearings and lock on the pull out attached tracks. If taken off, drawers click-lock into place when pushed onto the two tracks evenly. To release a drawer, last photo shows a springy catch on both sides of the drawer to lift one side up and the other down at the same time, and with your third hand you pull the drawer out… Note, no anti-tilt mechanism, so all drawers can be opened at the same time, so ideally use secured with a bracket or away from children etc. Takes A4 Files (some suppled) that hang from front to back so view files sideways on. Originally with small, round, painted black metal knobs which l changed but will now re-purpose. The cabinet will need your favourite new knobs! It is at the front door and easy parking to our door, no steps. I can help you load your vehicle if you need. First come, first serve, as this is easiest.
