Perfect for a home business office or classroom. Letter size, Hanging folder racks slide out, flipper doors, and a lock which you can either change or get a key at a locksmith. You need to have two people to move it down from the third floor. If you are too far away, don't have the manpower or a vehicle to put this in please do not ask for this item. It probably doesn't weigh much but it's bulky and I'm there are stairs to maneuver it down safely. I have plenty of hanging file folders and tabs to give you as well to get organized.
