You use screws to attach this to the underside of a desk, and then you have a tray that slides out that will hold your keyboard. Basically transform any desk into an office desk. The tray has a mouse pad area that slides out to the side in case you have a mouse or trackball, etc. that you want to set there. Adjustable tab to hold in place different sizes of keyboards.
