The educational psychologist suggested my daughter get used to typing over the summer before she goes back to school in September, as then the school will organise a specific laptop and pen for her. I'm based on Dublin 14. Plus if she gets used to typing ( yes she'll still make mistakes) and builds up her speed, it may help. Kind regards
