Storage ottoman is pale green, sturdy and generally good condition, but top upholstery is a bit worn from use. 17” high, 36” long, 16” deep. Tray is 16" by 36", perfectly sitting on top of the ottoman (great for meals in front of the TV), and is in good condition.

Faux leather arm chair (Capitol Hill, Duncan St NE)
Dark brown faux leather arm chair. Has notable cracking on the front part of the seat - see pics. We’ve just covered it with a blanket and you can’t see it at all. No cracking or peeling anywhere else, and it’s very comfortable. Measurements: 29.5” wide, 31” deep, 32” tall Pick up near 15th and D St NE. It’s not very heavy but is cumbersome to carry alone so would recommend two people.
