Used condition. Had 2 black plastic nuts missing but I replaced one with a fly nut but only had one. Easy to put another fly nut or normal nut on the other one. Lots of life left!

Blue NHS sling given to me a couple of months ago. I no longer need it but it's single use from an NHS point of view. I used it for 3 or 4 weeks and then kept it just in case.
