Can be cut and adjusted as required. Will need to be clipped together and attached to a building or fence, so a bit of work do be done for a great end result. Will need a trailer for transport.

Wooden towel rack. Pick up from East Kew. 1940s? About a metre high and a little longer. Rails are faded from use, but a sand and stain and varnish would fix that. We used it in our guest room for towels and sometimes as an extra clothes horse.
