Single Stall Garage Door with Windows, Chaimberlain Motor, All Hardware, Accessories. Chamberlain motor. Wi-Fi enabled. Two in-car remote openers included. Wall button opener has instructions on how you can download the app to be able to open/closed door from your cell phone. Was used for approximately six months (although it was rarely used for even those few months!). We are now converting the garage into an addition and don’t want to just throw it away, as it is basically brand new. Measures 9’ wide x 8’ high. (Standard single car garage size.) Has five clear glass windows. Each window measures 12“ x 38“ approximately. Can be easily “frosted“ with DIY type glass frosting film for privacy, if you prefer. (Available at Amazon, Walmart, etc.) Door features white textured easy-clean finish. Can be painted any color you prefer. Is already disassembled (see pic) and ready for you to pick up. All parts and hardware included. Originally $2,399. Yours FREE. Must be gone ASAP. Seriously do not want this to go in the dumpster in the driveway. You pick up. Located near Hog Mountain Rd exit off Hwy 316 in Barrow County (It is a Winder address, but we are verrry close to the Oconee County line and Walton County lines….Just a stone’s throw!!) Bring help to load in your vehicle, please. Very sorry, I am unable to assist with loading, due to a recent injury.
