Dark brown. 31.5x41.5x12. Can be nailed down and attached to a desk, cabinet, etc. Screws included. There is a piece of black tape on the outside in the back to cover the hole where the board was cut too low. If you're standing looking at it, you won't see it. If you stick your head under, you can see the tape.
