Good condition. Works (just tested it), even after cleaning by remediation company. Treadmill part folds up vertically. The dimensions when folded are: ~33” wide x ~27” deep x ~60” tall About 4.5 feet deep when treadmill part is deployed. Magnet came out of safety cord, but I think that is easily fixable. The handles/dashboard piece adjusts horizontal, but I think the cleaners tightened it with a hex key for transport, so apologies for not being able to photograph it that way.

Mattress never used.

I'd hope to find one with at least 10 megapixels (MP) so he can print the pictures clearly. If you have a digital camera gathering dust, please consider giving it new life. It doesn't need to be pretty wear and tear is totally fine, as long as it's functional! 😊
