USED and missing the ladder and missing the 3 danging mouse rods but still easy for cats to navigate and get to without. Purchased 4 years ago for an elderly cat that doesn't enjoy jumping and therefore barely used it. So it has minimal wear but will still need a vacuum. Sitting in my attic hence posting stock photos. Condition: In good (like new?) condition. Plum colour. I'm assuming it's flame retardant as it's purchased in the UK, but cannot see a label (may be on the inside). Bought 4 yrs ago during a house move (when awaiting a bed shipment). Used for 3 or 4 nights and then it stayed in my cupboard. Should be in like new condition as only used a few times and with a matress protector and flatsheet on. However, rolled up futons may collect dust and it's therefore worth airing it out and giving it some sunshine just in case. Can be unzipped to wash outside. Please see photos for measurements.

These were used for storing sliced rock specimens from N Sea drilling. They are about 100 cm long, 25 cm wide and the internal depth is around 4 or 5 cm. They are robust, but not suitable for prolonged wet conditions. At least 30 available, most not cleaned since last used. Collect from Tarland.

Stag 3 door hardwood wardrobe. I was told it is teak. In good used condition but has some scuffs and paintmarks on front. I had been planning to paint it but am now downsizing. Awning for small/medium caravan (Coull AB34)
This Dorema awning is 17 years old but has only been used for a total of about eight weeks. It looks very like the attached image. It is 'size 13' and fits a caravan with a slotted rail and with 900 - 1000 cm measurement from ground at front up and along the roof edge and down to the ground at the rear. It has a metal frame and comes complete with groundsheet, guy ropes, some pegs, and even curtains! It is sturdy and therefore quite heavy and bulky. Instructions for erection available. Collect from Tarland.

Durable strong 20/25 litre bags for carrying heavy stuff (Coull AB34)
I have around 100 of these bags originally used for collecting/carrying/storing rock specimens - and growing trees/shrubs when filled with soil. Not one has ever torn in spite of being loaded with 20+kg of pebbles etc. Most of them are a bit dirty but only with sand, soil - and cobwebs! They can easily be washed with a hose. Still lots of life left in them; someone else can surely make use of them. Collect as many as you like from Tarland.
