Located 46 Martens Blvd next to a recycling/compost bins. It's been left out for anybody for taking for a week and it's a candle stand. Possibly a little large candle but not too tall candle could be placed under the glass shade to be illuminate a table, etc. There are some candle wax residue on the base.
