Tall Shelving Unit and Cupboard (Millhouses S7)
Tall shelving unit and cupboard with LED lighting to 3 of the shelves. Made by a joiner from ply and then sprayed white. Doors are push-to-open. The finish is slightly rough to the touch but looks reasonable. Dimensions are Height of base unit 950mm, depth 482mm, width 1270mm Height of top section 1765mm Total height 2715mm The top and bottom sections are not fastened together. Would need to bring someone to help lift it. Quite heavy

3 dusters. The yellow and light blue ones are microfibre square dusters, the darker blue one is a long rectangular one in a quality traditional (cotton?) fabric with a Saville Row label on. These have all been used and have some marks on which wouldn’t come out in the wash. But they might be of use to someone starting out.

72 inches(183mm)wide 37 inches ( 940mm) high 391/2”( 1m) front to back Super comfy “Chesterfield-ish” style sofa. I love this thing but have recently been given an electric Lazy Boy so this old friend is up for grabs. I believe it is leather but can’t swear to it. Has weathered nicely , great olde worldy patina and it is ,to all intents and purposes ,in good condition- no rips or tears…. Not for a show home but a characterful piece of furniture. It is fairly light but needs two people to load & , obviously a vehicle that it will fit into!! It is now outside ,under a cover, so ideally needs collecting quickly . I am around daytime most days . Cooper dining chairs x 2 - leather (Norfolk Park S2)
These are comfortable and sturdy dining chairs. They are genuine leather but have been very scratched by some cats - please zoom in and look carefully at all the photos, the leather is very damaged in some places. We bought 6 of these secondhand to reupholster, these 2 are surplus so passing them on. The original description from the person who sold them to us said "I bought these brand new 2.5 years ago for £175 each". The legs dismantle so they can be transported easily. Collection only.
