Franklin Covey large planner (Dempster east of Ridge) Monarch size planner (largest) with some dividers, pages & weekly compass cards. FranklinCovey products are incredibly expensive and they have a special hole punch. I wouldn’t recommend taking this unless you are truly going to commit to the brand and can afford to get all the pages you will need and customize your book. It’s actually geared toward CEOs and professionals who need to stay extremely organized and it’s goal focused. A lot of people really get into it, but I found it to be a little tedious. Easy porch pick up in Evanston. Takers don’t be flakers!

Mood pod chair (Ravenswood) Grey, some wear. This is like a bean bag chair but best used lying down. Good size for kids and people under 5.5 feet. It has a small stain that you maybe can remove or just put on the bottom. Clean home no pets.

Couch and recliner (Timber Trails, Oak Brook) Couch is about 7’ long and comfortable with reclining seats at each end The recliner matches and is also big and comfortable. But I have had them for a long time and they are dirty. It would take some work to get them clean between the couch cushions but cleaning the upholstery wouldn’t be that big of a deal. Might be worth the effort.
