China Cabinet & Sideboard (Capitol Heights, MD.)
Vintage 1920's(?) China Cabinet and Sideboard. Belonged to grandparents. Simply don't have room for it following home renovations. Not perfect, but 'presentable'. Includes the KEYS to locks!! Solid-wood. China cabinet glass is original no cracks! Beautiful multi-hued marquetry in leaf and poppy flower pattern on cabinet drawers and doors. Top surfaces could use some light refinishing. Missing a trim piece on side. ***Full-Disclosure: my mom informed me that in the 1950's, her brothers cut off the spiral legs from both pieces so that the China cabinet could sit atop the sideboard and 'look more modern.' I'm enclosing a photo of the spiraled legs on a smaller third piece - a buffet that I am keeping - just to illustrate how someone might wish to restore it (NOTE: the buffet is NOT included in this offer). So... I've been keeping these for sentimental reasons but... we simply have to get out of this storage facility. Come and get it. You must bring a truck and a helper to move it.

Two styrofoam trays (approx. 9" x 12"). One has a small crack at the corner. Could be used for starting seeds or ?

These pieces of plastic foam were used as packing material. They are plastic, not as light weight as styrofoam (but still lightweight). I cut them up in case anyone needs to fill the bottom of a large planter (to cut down on the amount of soil needed, reduce the weight), or has some other use for them. The stack shown is roughly 11" x 11" x 10".

You will need at least two people to move this and either a van or a pick up truck. You also need to bring tools to disassemble if you want to take off the base of the printer. Needs to be gone shortly for us to start operating our workshop again.
