Small tent. Can’t remember if it’s two or three man. I rewaterproofed it but it still leaked a little bit in heavy rain when last used (quite a few years ago). But might make a good play tent/fair weather tent! Been stored indoors.

Old kitchen units, no worktop, the units are more probably suitable for storage units in a garage, obviously if someone wants them for that they will more than likely only take one or two of them, however if anyone wants them all they are more than welcome to them, first come first served.

Parasol not included - Large spacious very heavy solid wood garden table and 6 solid wood chairs. Needs TLC and the paint sanded off to reveal the natural wood as has been painted grey. On other sites Table measurements. 200cm long 150cm wide 75cm height This is extremely heavy. And large so a van is a must and 2-3 strong people to carry it. Chairs are wide and take a lot of weight. This is an extending table and last time we checked it was fully operational however we painted it so might be stiff to get the mechanism fully usable again. The chairs are not stackable. They are heavy and not reclining. They do not fold away either. A great project for some one who has time and patience as it’s a quality heavy duty set.
