The couch is a 3 seater ( 7 ft x 3 ft ) quite comfortable and solid however needs a little tlc as the material has been scratched by our cat... However we did purchase a brand new stretch cover for it And yes it;s FREE Pick up only

I have some big rocks in Garden, feel free to take them. They are very heavey, so please arrange your labour and equipments. I am not sure how deep the rock is in the soil in photo 3 , so sorry, I can't gurantee it can moved. But rocks in photo 1 and 2 can definite be moved.

Air Conditioning Unit (Redbank) (Bellbird Park)
Any air conditioning unit will do as we urgently need one for bedroom. My partner does shift work and is currently on workers compensation it is so hot he cant sleep due to the heat. We dont have enough money to purchase one at this stage. If anyone has one that they no longer need or are not using anymore we would greatly appreciate this. Can pick up.
