Modern Forms, Mykonos indoor and outdoor ceiling fan. Bronze and barnwood. Comes with an RF fan controller. They have an identical one that is wifi. This is not a wifi controlled fan. Cannot be controlled with regular light switches. The fan motor may need to be cleaned and some trouble shooting. It gets power without a problem. Needs to be cleaned up. I believe someone who is handy can get it working. Free.
