The black plastic lever holder has a split so I hold it open with a bungee cord. Easy fix if that I was never motivated to do. Works good at full open but can be fixed by a metal bar screwed into both handles beneath the lever if you were not born after 1990 as you probably are not handy.

Was always brought back down to the basement for overwintering in the years when it was deployed in a window. Has a remote control, manual and sliders to fill the side gaps.
