Bishop's chair over 80 Years old (3446 Oakwood Terr NW, DC)
The frame is excellent, doesn't squeak/ It is solid' As you see, the chair bottom needs the springs tied up and the back is still quite nice, but needs to be tacked in the back on the left side. It was purchased at the National Presbyterian Church (Nebraska Ave NW, DC) about 50 Years ago.

yard cart with issues [20886]
Finally upgraded from my trusty yard cart, it has served well for years. Checking to see if anyone can use it before I put it out to pasture - it has a crack in the bottom (I wasn't moving liquids so that didn't matter) and one wheel no longer rolls smoothly, sometimes it locks up. I tried lubricant but it didn't make much difference. It's not as dirty as it looks, it was under the deck the last time the deck was stained so it has inherited some brown coloring. I know I am making this sound good! Anyway if you can use it, please let me know. driveway pickup in East Montgomery Village near Lake Marion, zip 20886
