You would need a support or block on your window sill and replace expanding side panels with plywood or cardboard. Bring strong help to get it down from the third floor.

We have three feather-filled couch seat cushions that are nearly unused and in new condition. Not long after we got the couch we decided we needed firmer cushions got foam seat cushions from the manufacturer. These have been stored in plastic in our attic since then. These are not upholstered, but are the inserts. Thinking that maybe the feathers can be useful to someone or possibly even the full cushions themselves.
