Purchased at Macy's in 2021. Green sectional couch (2 pieces) with chaise. Ottoman fully functional and has good storage. The couch has normal wear and tear AND some bite marks on the arms of the couch. We cover the couch which we will give you if you'd like. All you need to do is move it. My daughter went to conservatory after learning on this Piano and both of my grandchildren have learned actually they added stickers to the keys so it’s ready to go for a beginner. Very nice condition considering its age. Full length strings provide excellent sound. You may need to have it retuned once it is moved.

Sun/moon ceramic by Portland area artist mounted on wood and in white frame. Frame measures 27 1/2 in.2. Art itself is 17 inches in diameter. Sturdy mounting wire installed. Frame has a little damage at the top that could be touched up.

Replaced a solid wood door. It isn’t completely flat but it could be cut or planed down. The frame was damaged but the door is sound. Not certain what type of wood but it appears to be a hardwood. Door is 36”x76”.
