This is Avery good quality exercise bike. Particularly useful for those3 with limited mobility.The bike is a plug in model and the cycle can be adjusted for gentle but increasing resistance. There are supports for the legs and also rotating handlebars to exercise the area. Although this is not newt functions well and comes with an instruction manual. It is a heavy item and needs 2 strong people to lift. Once in place, it can be moved by tilting and moving on 2 wheels.
