Wing-Back Chair (Reupholstery!) (Near Schaumburg Village hall)
This is a stunning, authentic wing-back chair from the James River Plantations Collection by Hickory Chair, originally purchased at Marshall Field’s. This is a high-end, solid frame with beautiful historical lines—perfect for a professional reupholstery project. Condition Note: While the "bones" are incredible, our cats were unfortunately very inspired by the fabric. The chair shows general usage and signs of aging consistent with a vintage piece. See claw damage in photos. Integrity: The chair is structurally sound and sturdy, no urine or odors, though it will have some lingering cat hair. It is a premium candidate for a total fabric restoration to return it to its original glory. Located on the 1st floor. This is a solid, high-quality piece of furniture, so please bring a vehicle with enough space. Important Pickup Info: First Come, First Served: I cannot "hold" this piece without a confirmed pickup time. Logistics: This is a high-quality, heavy Marshall Field’s frame. You must bring a van, pickup, or truck with a second person to help you lift/load. I am unable to assist with moving or loading. Serious Inquiries Only: Please message me with a specific day/time you can pick up.

Basic brown recliner in good shape (Middle of Evansville)
We are giving away a base model brown recliner. It has no bells or whistles, what you see is what you get. There are zero rips, stains, tears or gross stuff but it has been in a home with four cats and two dogs so there is pet hair on it. It is approximately 3' 6' tall, 3' wide, 3' 8" from front to back and when extended it needs about 4' 8" room to fully expand. You MUST haul, we will not deliver. Two adults can comfortably move it.
