This printer has worked great for the last 8 years since I bought it new in 2018. Then it stopped working! I don’t know how to trouble shoot the problem. HP no longer makes this model thus no support to help troubleshoot. Brand new HP 62 ink in May 2026. I can meet someone who might be able to fix it. I want to clarify on the printer. It didn’t completely quit. It seemed like it was working, printed the page but no letters, only gray where the lettering should have been. Since I can’t troubleshoot the problem, I couldn’t use it anymore-:( Maybe you can get it to work. FYI-I willing to meet you too, somewhere between mutually agreed upon.
