Love seat 60" long x 22.5" wide x 22" high, cover is machine washable and with some bleach will look almost new. Cushions are in good condition. Two nightstands/end tables: 18" long x 14" wide x 27" high - decent condition; drawers slide well These items will be available for pick up tomorrow afternoon. I will be around then and most the day on Sunday. You will need to carry these items up a set of wide stairs to the street.

Thinking of leaving little life hacks about for sustainable survival techniques, such as sparkless fire starting (SOS Survival Show TWC) which is like two flat surfaces, a gauze pad, kindling and a feather stick. Red Clay would be for cob. I know where to find some in the foothills but not in the bay. Any ideas?

Queen sized. This is not great any more as a bed as some of it is softer than other parts. Originally it was “extra firm”. I’m thinking now it’s better as packing material or protection for an old animal falling out of bed or around a trampoline or balance bars. It’s 4.75” think and standard queen dimensions of 60x80”
