I remember now how we used it and Chatgpt confirms it is still a good way to stream music in vehicles without Bluetooth. Barely used, since 2012, still in its box. It's a GPS tracker and sports tracker that works without the need for a phone signal if you're off the beaten track. It has not been used since 2014 when I believe it was taken on only a couple of excursions in Germany. It was a gift to my husband but he was never interested in using tech stuff rather than a paper map. I have no idea if it will still work but Chatgpt says it has uses where mobile phones run out of signal or battery.
