BIG blue reclining sectional (1st Ave N)
6 piece, overstuffed sectional couch, with 3 recliners. All functional! USB ports on the arms. Royal blue, leatherish material. 12x9x4 with the reclining sections flattening to 6’ deep. Kids and pets have done what they do, but the material wipes clean with soap and water. See pics. Wear spots are mostly in out of the way places but significant. Don’t look, just take, please.

Offering a free upright piano – a Charles Frederick Stein (Lowrey model) with beautiful vintage woodwork and a classic silhouette. It hasn’t been tuned in many years, so expect it to need some attention, but it’s a solid piece with character. The matching bench is included. The piano is located inside my elderly parents’ home and must be picked up from the property. No help will be available on-site, so you’ll need to bring your own team and equipment to move it safely. It fits through standard doorways, but you’ll want to come prepared. It’s completely free – just come take it. Serious inquiries only. Ready when you are.
