Fire proof file cabinet (Medfield) Tall, 5 drawer vertical file cabinet. Fire proof. Doesn’t look wonderful, rusty at some corners but a safe place for important papers. Must be gone by Friday. It’s heavy.

Side table (Branford) Rectangular side table 24"x12", 22" tall with carved legs. Top was refinished last year, legs could use a little TLC. Very light weight, easy to carry, Will fit in most cars.

Butcher block (Branford (near exit 54)) 63 x 35.5 inches. 1.5 inch thick butcher block wood top from island (not the bottom island). Could repurpose into a smaller butcher block, shelves, etc. Hate to see it wasted. Has damage from sink so getting replaced. Would need to remove on your own by Tuesday June 11.

Large club chair (02840) 37.5” w 37” front to back Crate and Barrel club chair. EXTREMELY comfortable, but in well used shape from a pet friendly home. A few areas of wear in the red and gold chenille upholstery (see photo) but now covered beautifully by (included; washable) navy blue slip cover. Areas of wear include the arms, the seat (one side; it is flip-able) and the cushion at your back.
