I was training for a marathon but was hospitalised due to pneumonia. The doctor said strength exercises will be great for me. I just can’t afford a gym membership. I would love a weight bench, and dumbbells or a barbel, kettlebells, resistance bands absolutely anything please. Thank you ladies and gentlemen, I am so grateful.

We need an additional shelf for a Lamona fridge but apparently they are made by Beko, so many other fridge shelves will probably fit. The ones we have measure 447 mm wide and 308 mm deep. That is slightly over 17.5 inches wide and 12 inches deep. It won't necessarily have exactly the same front and back strips but we can live with that. A couple of shelves would be handy if you have more than one, please. We are in Broadstone but happy to travel in the area to pick up.

Small box of paint brushes, art knives, paper cutter, a few Bob Ross paints. stencils....bits and pieces. I don't know how good the paints are, but probably ok and very expensive new. All belonged to my mother who sadly died in 2024 and so looking for nice new artistic home, to make new artwork.
