Free: Kitchen Cart and Granite Top (NE Ann Arbor) Promised We are offering a kitchen cart and a granite top for it. Neither piece has been out of the box since we bought them from Home Depot for a kitchen remodeling project for a previous home a couple years ago. These pieces are unassembled, roughly Ikea-style. The granite top surface is in a box 6" thick x 23" wide x 49" long. The body of the rest of the cart is in a box 14" thick x 20" wide x 49" long. This is a pickup-only deal. We cannot offer delivery or assembly. Both boxes will be given away together. Plan on bringing one or two people who can move a 90-pound box from the floor into something that will carry both boxes. For comparison, we have carried them together in the back of a Ford Escape with its back seats folded down, and in the bed of a Ford Maverick pickup truck.

Free: Natural seed pods (Ann Arbor Northwest Side) Used these decoratively and for sensory enjoyment. Can be used as rattles, for nature education, and in any compostable craft project. Seeds inside may also still be viable. I believe these are from a native species of honey-locust tree, so no need to worry about spreading invasive species. The seeds inside tend to last even longer than the outer pods, look like adzuki beans (smallish and brown), and can also be used for eco-friendly crafts or decoration. No worries if no one wants these (you can probably even collect your own), but figured to offer before mulching them! If you notice a tiny bit of fuzz in the photo, it’s just from them being close to milkweed fluff. From a home with fragrance-free/nontoxic practices, freely available to anyone.

Free: Compostable produce baskets (Ann Arbor Northwest Side) Paper-pulp vented containers, great for holding even fragile produce like berries or tomatoes - also for crafts, drawer organizers, holding plants/seedlings with tight-packed soil, etc. As the photo shows, even the different sizes stack nicely. Some have slight staining. If in the future any gets too damaged to use, it can be torn up for mulch, or composted in backyard or city bin. Take as many as you like (including all). From a home with fragrance-free/nontoxic practices, freely available to anyone.
