This is a Macally transmitter for an iPod or MP3 player to be streamed in a car. I remember now how we used it and Chatgpt confirms it is still a good way to stream music in vehicles without Bluetooth. The Macally Full Channel Digital FM Transmitter (FMTF) niche use case is "Car Audio: If you have an older car with a radio that doesn’t support Bluetooth, an FM transmitter like the Macally FMTF could still be useful for playing music from a phone or MP3 player through the car’s stereo system. However, newer Bluetooth FM transmitters (with better sound quality) might be a better option. Broadcasting to an FM Radio in a Limited Area: Some people still use FM transmitters to broadcast their own content (like podcasts or music mixes) to nearby radios, such as for personal radio stations, hobby projects, or events." Has been used and kept outside, but is undamaged. Available to collect most days/evenings. Give warning of when you can collect so I can empty of old sand!
