Leather sofa and loveseat (Withamsville) Both pieces have visible wear, including a small tear on the couch armrest and scuffing/discoloration the loveseat armrest. As long as you put it against the wall you will not see the damage on the back of the couches. Smoke free and pet free home. You will need to load to your vehicle.

Loveseat & rocker recliner (Fishers) Harverty’s brown bonded leather 1. loveseat and 2 Recliner. Matching set: approx 15 years old but study still has a lot of life left. All pieces rock and recline( manual recliner/ not motorized). Loveseat has cup holders, flip up center for storage. Fair condition. Currently in my living room . Top can be taken off seat for easier transport. Some kitty claw marks on front arm surfaces- but that’s the price you pay for having a good kitty:) Tearing at inner seams of loveseat cushions (pictured) but not visible unless pulling cushion away . Repairable-but never got into the top 100 of my todo list.

Electric Stove/ Dryer (Blanchester/Midland) Currently using an air fryer for cooking and do not have gas/propane available due to cost, so I am looking for any type of electric stove. Also do not have running water so I've been washing clothes by hand and could use a dryer as well. I can pick it up within 15-20 mile range, my truck isn't in the best shape and can't drive more than that at the moment and my driveway is a dirt driveway and in pretty rough shape about 400ft off the main road so I don't expect anyone to deliver.
