Giant 21 birthday balloons. Not helium. Have been inflated for 2 years so don't think they're going down anytime soon. If they need topping up there is a valve where you can blow them up with a straw but they are actually fully inflated. Save yourself the expense of buying overpriced balloons!

hi its in good condition the pics dont help any marks are simply dust from storage. its the size of an airline carry on luggage it has the telescopic handle so it can be wheeled in stead of carrying by the handle or on the shoulders. it may also suit a school kid or a student as i say its in good condition and plenty of storage options. i am off pall mall the town center end [chorley]
