Very clean top soil. This is the result of adding Pacific topsoil's Pacific Garden Mulch to a flower bed for 10+ years. great for the soil, but it builds up and now we need to get rid of some of it. Note: you must provide your own containers to take this soil. Take some or take it all. Driveway pickup.

Hot tub (S Lakeridge Drive off Rainier)
Gray not marbled but otherwise like this: It comes with box and everything. Has no punctures (holds water). The issue is the heating element is not working, probably the connection between the heater and the hot tub isn’t good. It might be fixed by a truly flat surface (ours was a bit uneven). The estimate for getting it fixed was $199 which is way less than the tub.

I’m seeking plums from neighborhood trees! Do you have any in your neighborhood? They could be excess that has already picked, still on the tree and hanging over public property (eg sidewalks/streets), or they could be on a tree that the neighbor is agreeable to being picked.
