A pair of ankle/wrist weights. These are fabric and secured with Velcro tapes. Very flexible to fit a range of limb size. Very convenient for someone needing to do some exercise at home perhaps post op.. Little used. Just discovered in the to go to charity shop box. Pick up from off Somersby Road. We are on the 56 bus route. for those without personal transport If you are interested please give a good reason why you should have these and although it may seem obvious to you, their proposed use. Since sometimes several members send replies and some additional information helps me sort out replies and offer to what I hope is a good home
