A Dell small format Vostro 270s PC. Works well and comes with Windows 10 Pro, Intel processor and 8GB RAM. The hard drive was replaced by a 128GB SSD. This improves speed but means you will need an external hard drive for large photo storage. Features include a CD drive, VGA, HDMI, USB 2.0 and 3.0 sockets, Ethernet, Wi-Fi. All software is up to date. Supplied with mains lead but without keyboard and mouse. Note this is an ex-Corporate PC and has some Group Policy left on it which has a small effect on Windows Updates.

Slate (Panshanger AL7)
Cornish slate suitable for a rockery or border - left over from a gabion-filling project. About two-thirds of a bulk bag. Sizes mostly in the 5-15cm range. Picture of the gabion will give you the idea of the colours once it’s washed. Not directly accessible from the road so you will need sacks, or other receptacles, I can lend a barrow. Take some or all of it, let me know how much and when you would like to come.

Old black leather recliner armchair. Leather still good apart from a small tear on one arm, which is covered by black tape. Fully reclines. Seat on one side a bit flat due to being sat on that side. Do you know anyone called Caitlin who might like these? My daughter has grown out of them. There's a: - "Caitlinodactyl" hologram, wipeable place mat, - wooden letters with a princess theme (e.g. for a bedroom door), - a framed picture of a cross stitch definition of the name "Caitlin", and - a "C" Smiggle, rainbow, key ring. All in pretty good condition. The key ring has a few small sratches.
