28 1/8" high, 25 1/8" deep, 18 3/4" wide. Has rails for hanging files. Top drawer is stiff but opens all the way. Light discoloration on top and lower front. Do not have keys for locks. Heavy, needs two people to move. Doing 24 hour fair chance.
