No pet, pest, or smoking household. Had this couch for 12 years, as a hand-me-down form somewhere else. In great shape, no rips, or broken frame. Slight stains, but nothing very noticeable. It does not have a bed, or dedicated storage, but under couch drawers do fit. Couch is on the 4th floor of an elevator building, but couch would not fit in the elevator.
