Mens Giant Hybrid Bike (Skerries) Looking to offload due to lack of storage available. Hybrid bike ideal for a student or casual rider to get around on. I recently fitted updated gears and brakes to the bike. It does need a new chain to be roadworthy. Comes with a bike lock.

Shed Roof Tiles (Dromore BT34) Concrete interlocking double Roman-style roof tiles in a dusty rose/dark red-brown colour. Used/weathered, with surface dirt and lime bloom, but structurally they appear intact. Standard interlocking tile size of around 420mm x 330mm

Vintage 60s/70s Portabello retro floral teapot (with fault) (Ballyfinaghy BT10) Nice looking very retro flower power turquoise / teal /blue china teapot - sadly, as useless as a chocolate teapot because it leaks. No visible cracks but there is a very small chip on the bottom edge of the pot. So purely for mid century decor/dried flowers etc. Made in England, Elizabethan Portobello 3. Collect BT10 0AQ

Top soil (Ballyaghagan BT15) Top soil which includes some grass but most of the area was covered so it is mainly top soil. Around 40 bags. Can help loading but you'll need a van or a trailer to take it away. Would really prefer all the soil being taken away in one setting.
