Shed Roof Tiles (Dromore BT34) Concrete interlocking double Roman-style roof tiles in a dusty rose/dark red-brown colour. Used/weathered, with surface dirt and lime bloom, but structurally they appear intact. Standard interlocking tile size of around 420mm x 330mm

Crafters Resin Casting kit moulds etc (Ballyfinaghy BT10) Box of new and used plastic moulds, measuring jugs, some resin / hardener in containers - not sure how useable it still is but there is some left. Also a rubberised mat for protecting surfaces, if wanted. For creative resin hobbies - mosaic, jewellery, coasters etc. Collect BT10

Candle making kit (Skegoneill BT15) Starter kit bought ~25yrs ago. “Dryad” brand with some extra bits. Wax pellets (red & white), dye powder etc etc. 300g tub of ‘candle gel’. Candle moulds Old attempts at making a turf-scented candle; maybe can be reused.

Vintage 60s/70s Portabello retro floral teapot (with fault) (Ballyfinaghy BT10) Nice looking very retro flower power turquoise / teal /blue china teapot - sadly, as useless as a chocolate teapot because it leaks. No visible cracks but there is a very small chip on the bottom edge of the pot. So purely for mid century decor/dried flowers etc. Made in England, Elizabethan Portobello 3. Collect BT10 0AQ

Top soil (Ballyaghagan BT15) Top soil which includes some grass but most of the area was covered so it is mainly top soil. Around 40 bags. Can help loading but you'll need a van or a trailer to take it away. Would really prefer all the soil being taken away.
