Stepper Exercise Machine (Marshalswick AL1)
Nearly new exercise machine. This has a twist action so, as well as going up and down, the pedals move slightly sideways. The motion is a bit like skiing and exercises different muscle groups. There is a lever to control the resistance/speed and a display to show the time and number of steps. It's solidly constructed for regular use. Collection from Marshalswick. I normally wait a few days to give more people a chance to reply. Please say in your request why you want it and when you could collect.
