six LED downlights, warm white, working when removed (replaced with different bathroom lighting), and two pendant light fittings (replaced with flush lights) - good condition, maybe a year old from new build house. Can split, let me know which you are interested in.

Mexican Pine TV/HiFi unit. (Biggar ML12)
Technically it is a TV unit, however I utilised it as a HiFi unit for my HiFi separates and used the small cupboard to hold some of my vinyl! The shelf has three height settings, simply reposition the plastic pegs to the desired height and reinstall the shelf. Overall in good condition, it could just do with a lick of pledge as it is a little dusty.

The lights have decorative black plastic encasing the bulb and are approx 6cm wide and 8cm long. They are working. They have been out on the balcony for the Summer, so there is a little bit of rust on the alligator clips used to hang them. I don't have space to store them in the flat over the Winter,
