University of California Cooperative Extension’s ‘Trees for Tomorrow Start Today’ Master Gardener volunteers are partnering with the Coachella Valley Resource Conservation District and the Riverside County Library system to provide free shade trees for residents in the Coachella area (one tree per family, please). Trees need to be picked up on Saturday, May 3 between 9:00am – 10:30am at the Coachella Branch Library. Trees come ready to plant in 5-gallon containers and are drought, heat, and pest resistant. University of California San Bernardino County Master Gardeners will be onsite to provide planting and care information. Please pre-register to reserve your tree since we have a limited number of trees. You may also register using the QR code shown in photos on this posting. Reposting because I think I saw a message from someone interested in starting candlemaking. I hope you see this and contact me again. I'm sorry I'm new to Trash Nothing so I don't know how to go back to replies to my post. 10x6x2.8 inches, about 2 pounds, paraffin/coconut blend. Used once for a sanitized pair of hands. Sent back the lovely hand bath machine because I couldn't tolerate the temperature. Paraffin can be used for candle making or as hand bath refill.
