Vibrant quilt with matching pillowcases in purple, orange, and teal. This is a custom made bedspread which was made for my husband’s late wife. The bedspread is made from microfiber and is backed. I have had to hand repair a small section of one seam. Pillows are included with the pillow covers. We do have a cat. Located in Livermore.

Fan Works but does have 2 things that don't work on it. Does not rotate. The off button does not work so to turn it on, just need to plug in the socket and to turn it off, need to unplug it. Has multiple levels on the fan that still work. Not sure if the timer will turn it off. I don't want to discard it because it does work for anyone needing a fan. Pick up in South Sac area off 47th Ave and 24th Street. Not available on Saturday.

From 125 year old garage taken down - these were the soffit boards. Painted on one side, worn but it is old growth clear heart redwood. Likely is lead paint, but so old it scrapes off easily. Rip this up for some gorgeous salvage heart redwood for misc. outdoor projects. Approx. 200+ lin. feet, up to 20 foot lengths - can cut up for transport if needed.
